Cloud Nine Bar

Here Cliff, Zoaunne, Zena and I are at the Cloud Nine bar at the top of the Voyager of the Seas. We were suppose to meet Hamed, Muriel and Abraham, a family who we met on the plane, for drinks in the hot tub but we just didn't make it there. The view from this bar was breathtaking.
The Voyager of the Seas is a beautiful ship. I'll be adding more posts with photos.

Last day of work before Z and I go on vacation.

Z and I are going on a Caribbean cruise.

We are leaving on Saturday. We are going on the ship named Voyager of the Seas. We will be visiting Miami, Florida; Labadee, Haiti; Ocho Rios, Jamaica; George Town, Grand Cayman; and Cozumel, Mexico and then back to Miami, Florida.

Z and I will be traveling with Zoaunne and Cliff. We have booked adjoining interior cabins that have a a bowed window view with a seat overlooking the Royal Promenade.

Although we may not leave our phone on because the international phone usage charges are as high as $2 per minute, we will have our phone with us to check voice mail and text messages. E-mail should be the easiest way for communicating with us. We are planning on posting to this Blog from the Internet cafe on the ship.

Last night we did some packing. I think we will be able to do it with only three bags. Zoey and Cliff are looking at hauling six bags!

Snow Removal Services

After work I did a little calling on snow removal for when we are on vacation or when my back is hurting.

One company, Specialty Snow Removal, I talked to a Mike Olson. He is a Pastor for a church in Eagan. He was very friendly.

His phone number is 651-454-1137

Dart League Move?

Lonnie told me Sunday night that our Jaycee dart league may be moving to close to Hudson WI. That would be close to a 25 mile drive. I'm not willing to drive that far!

I have been looking for a new league incase the move happens. There are two - 2 person cricket leagues in Apple Valley on Wednesday nights a Bogarts and Rascals. I looked at the statistics for those two leagues and with my average of 2.00 MPR (Marks/Round), I would fit in the top third of of the players in those leagues.

Even if they have started by the end of the month, I could visit the bars durring the dart league and let them know that I'm willing to join a team. Periodically, durring a season peoples piorities change, people move or whatever and a spot may open up.

If we don't move Tom "Bart" would replace Kevin on our team.

No Dart Love 3, Here for Beer 9

Tonight we played against Here for Beer. Dominic B and another guy that I didn't knew substituted for Misty and Kristi C.

Dominic Played on our team last year he pretty good. He averages around 2.4 MPR (Marks per Round).

I shot pretty well I averaged 2.43 MPR.

I'll end the fall dart season with a 1.99 MPR average.

Mark R showed up and he and I threw a couple of games. Lonnie was good enough to help Mark in improving is throwing skills.
