How would you feel as a seller of a house, if the buyer gave you a non-binding purchase agreement?
Hey, I'll pay for that restaurant bill with a no binding credit card.
That just doesn't work in the real world. We need to put real people in congress that are willing to stick their guns and make a decision!!!
